PTO can not be put into gear

Air pressure is insufficient, air pipe is leaky


Check whether the air compressor and pressure regulating valve are failed.

Replace the air pipes

Electrical switch is damaged

Replace the switch

Solenoid valve is damaged

Replace the solenoid valve

Decelerator cannot be put into gear

Air pressure is insufficient, air pipe is leaky

The same with item 1

Electrical switch is damaged

The small cylinder is damaged or the connector is off

Replace the small cylinder or install the connector

Automobile clutch is not completely separated

Adjust the automobile clutch

Asphalt pump is not rotating

Hydraulic system is failed

Exclude the failures of the hydraulic system

Solid blockage

Dismantle the asphalt pump and take out the solids

Asphalt gets stuck

Diesel cleaning and exhaust baking

Hydraulic motor is not running or speed is slow

Overflow valve is stuck and the pressure is low

Dismantle and wash the overflow valve, and re-adjust the pressure

Selector valve coil has no electricity or is burnt out

Check the circuit or replace coils

High oil temperature, no pressure

Hydraulic pump or motor is badly worn

Replace the hydraulic pump or motor

Hydraulic oil temperature is high (above 85°C)

Hydraulic oil is too little

Refill hydraulic oil

Asphalt pump resistance is too big, the overflow valve has a long-term oil leakage under high pressure

Check the asphalt pump and overflow valve


Oil suction filter is blocked

Clean filter

Burner is not ignited

No power

Check the switches inside the generator, temperature control box

The filter is too dirty, and pipeline is blocked

Clean filter and blow oil pipe with high pressure air

The burner has carbon deposit or is blocked

Dismantle and wash the burner

Wear oil pressure of oil feed pump is too low

Replace the burner and oil feed pump

Asphalt pump is operating normally without spraying asphalt

Asphalt valve position is incorrect

Adjust the valve position according to section III (five)

Oil suction port is blocked with asphalt

If hot asphalt is used, please wait for self-melting or use the heat-conducting oil for heating

Asphalt filter is blocked

Take it out for cleaning

Oil pipeline is blocked with asphalt

Use the heat-conducting oil for heating, baking or dredging

Spray pressure is insufficient or intermittent

Asphalt filter screen is blocked

Cleaning

Filter cover has air leakage

Seal and cover tightly

The main pipe air valve is not closed tightly

Close tightly

Asphalt temperature is too low

Heat asphalt to the specified temperature

Oil return valve (No.7) is not closed tightly

Close the oil return valve (No.7) tightly

Asphalt pump is badly worn

Repair or replace the asphalt pump

Hydraulic system works unsteadily

Check the hydraulic system

Control system is failed

Check the measured pump speed and voltage

Asphalt spraying is uneven

Spray pressure is insufficient

Check and adjust according to the contents in above column

Nozzle is blocked with impurities

Clean the impurities

Self-suction filling asphalt does not work

Asphalt oil inlet valve is not closed tightly, and the oil return valve (No.7) is not opened

Inspect valve

Filter cover has air leakage

Seal and cover tightly

The main pipe air valve is not closed tightly

Close tightly

Asphalt temperature is too low

Heat asphalt to the specified temperature

Self-suction pipe connector has air leakage

Add gaskets and compress them

Asphalt storage tank is too far or too low

Change the condition, or prohibit self-suction

Heat-conducting oil overflows

Heat-conducting oil is too full

Reduce the heat-conducting oil

Heat-conducting oil system has water inflow

Heating, dehydration

The newly added heat-conducting oil has a different grade or the moisture content is too high

Replace the heat-conducting oil

Asphalt pump has asphalt seepage

The filler at the journal is worn

Twist inward the nut or add coil rope as appropriate
